Approach
Working in partnership with the Enclave marketing team, we developed a digital strategy and paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive leads for apartment rentals.

Launched international search campaigns to capture audiences interested in moving to central London, targeting overseas students searching for luxury student accommodation.

Retargeted people who visited the website and re-engaged lapsed users to drive full-funnel efficiencies, and promoted Enclave's open-day events using Meta ads to attract the right tenants.

Implemented multi-channel lead generation campaigns to capture email addresses from prospects, managed via Hubspot CRM. We later rolled to waitlist lead generation when the property reached maximum occupancy.
