ChatGPT Ads are live in the UK. Here's why brands with fans should pay attention.
Most paid channels reach people while they're doing something else.
ChatGPT Ads are different. You're showing up in the middle of a conversation someone is already having, actively looking for a recommendation, a solution, or a next step.
That's a different kind of attention.
The platform launched to UK advertisers last Friday. Here's where it stands right now:
Campaign objectives cover Reach and Clicks, with Conversions to follow
Targeting works via context hints. You describe the conversations your audience is already having, rather than bidding on keywords
Ads are a text unit paired with a square image: 50-character headline, 100-character description
For brands with fans, audiences and communities, the context-hint model means you can show up precisely when someone is asking the kind of question your brand exists to answer.
We're running a two-week trial for a small number of brands who want to get in early. You cover direct OpenAI ad spend only, starting from £15 per day. Our management fees are waived for the trial period. If the data doesn't support it, nothing changes. If it does, we'll talk about what scaling looks like.
If you want in, email us and we'll be in touch.
