Sky original Dynamo: Beyond Belief launched over Easter weekend to a cumulative seven-day audience of 1.8m viewers for the opening episode, making it Sky’s biggest entertainment launch in the last ten years.

Director of Sky Arts and Entertainment for Sky, Phil Edgar-Jones said: “We always felt Dynamo’s story was very special and that he brings something unique and explosive to audiences rarely seen on television. Sky is immensely proud of Beyond Belief, it’s our biggest entertainment show launch in ten years, and to see viewers respond to the show so positively is absolutely magical!”

"I’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible response to Beyond Belief and especially by all the people who’ve messaged me saying it’s given them a sense of hope through these dark times."

Described as ‘jaw dropping’ by The Daily Telegraph, the three-part special premiered on 9th April on Sky One and NOW TV with all episodes available to watch on demand.

Dynamo Beyond Belief was a hit with critics as well as viewers, receiving a hoard of five and four star reviews from media while being described as “intensely spectacular” (Mail on Sunday) and a “triumphant return” (The Sun).

Other popular entertainment launches on Sky in the last few years include A League of Their Own Road Trip, Rob & Romesh vs, There’s Something About Movies, The Russell Howard Hour and The Heist.
